This is one for the books ! Real result started this last year May , started seeing result end of June. If you’re someone who is like me hard to gain weight but easy to lose weight, the high maintenance is something to invest in. Lost weight beginning of this year started taking it again in September 2025 and I’ve gained a lot of weight.
